• Your pass DOES NOT include a ticket to the show. Must purchase a ticket to the show separately.
• You must bring your ticket + photo ID to check in at the VIP table. Your ID must match the name on the VIP package.
• Venue age policies apply to the VIP experience. As you are checked in for the VIP Experience, your ticket will be scanned. Fans who are underage and require a parent to enter the venue must purchase a separate VIP Experience for each person.
• VIPs will be asked to safely & temporarily give up their phones, which will be returned at the end of the experience.

Joshua will donate a portion for every VIP to the charity of the fan’s choice.

Teen Line provides support, resources, and hope to young people through a helpline of professionally trained teen counselors, and works to destigmatize and normalize mental health through outreach programs. Call Teen Line at 800-852-8336 or text TEEN to 839863 (6-10 PM PST). 

The Sunrise Movement is a youth-led political movement that advocates political action on climate change. 

Bring Change to Mind is a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging dialogue about mental health, and to raising awareness, understanding, and empathy.

Refunds will NOT be given for the following: 

• Inability to participate in the VIP Experience due to not buying a ticket separately
• Inability to participate in the VIP Experience due to not having a parent or guardian with a separately purchased VIP Experience and cannot enter the venue (if underage, please check your local venue policies)
• Late arrivals or late check-in
• Cancellations within 14 days of the show. There are a very limited number of spots per show, and late cancellations prevent other fans from participating in the VIP Experience.
